Will my information be shared with AI companies? How?

• We use third-party AI technology providers for specific product features.

• Where a product feature involves the use of AI technology, the relevant information inputted by the user is shared with the AI technology provider as part of the AI service.

• Only the minimum necessary information is shared for specific feature functionality.

Will my information be used to train AI models?

• Where information is provided to AI technology providers (please refer to the question on information sharing with AI companies), it is done so under terms where the information will not be used for training models.

What will happen to my information once I stop using the Ciclo Strategy?

• We store your information even if you stop using Ciclo Strategy. For instance, we store information for record-keeping and administrative purposes and to be able to provide services and information to you in the event you want it.
